Departure in the morning from the agreed point in Marrakech. The route starts towards the High Atlas by the Tizi N’Tichka pass making stops to contemplate the fabulous panoramic views and rest whenever you feel like. Later we will take a 6 km track that will take us to the village of Ait Ben Haddou where we will visit its famous Kasbah (World Heritage Site by UNESCO). In this spectacular environment famous films such as Gladiator or Jewel of Nile were filmed. After breakfast we head towards the Draa Valley, one of the longest rivers in Morocco. We will make several stops to admire the beautiful adobe kasbahs and Berber villages that arise along the way and the wonders of this valley. After lunch we will arrive at the impressive dunes of Merzouga, where we will take a hospitality tea while we rest a bit of the trip. After breakfast we will visit Khamlia, a town whose inhabitants are originally from Mali, where we can relax with a cup of tea while listening a concert of Gnawa music, visit the mines of Khol and the nomads. Then we will go to Rissani, the old capital and visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the bustling market and we can taste a tasty Berber pizza. In the afternoon we will return to Merzouga and ridding the camels we will arrive to the foot of the Great Dune, while we are illuminated by a beautiful sunset in the desert.
